Every Rodríguez Studio project follows a clear, proven process — designed to keep you informed, in control, and confident at every stage. We manage the complexity so you don’t have to.

Phase 1 — Discovery & Vision

We begin with a conversation. We want to understand not just what you want to build, but how you want to live and work in it. We discuss your goals, timeline, budget, and the possibilities your space holds. This phase sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Phase 2 — Schematic Design

We develop initial design concepts — floor plans, spatial arrangements, and the architectural ideas that will define your project. You’ll see options, understand trade-offs, and help shape the direction. Nothing is set in stone until you’re confident in the vision.

Phase 3 — Design Development & Documentation

We handle all permit filings with the NYC Department of Buildings, co-op and condo board submissions, Landmarks Preservation Commission applications, and any other regulatory approvals your project requires. We know the process — and we know how to navigate it.
